PDF I just wanted to let everyone know that there has been a time change in the warm ups for our dual swim meet against Mystic YMCA Swim Team. What we thought was going to be an early start time has changed to a 1:15pm start time at the Mystic YMCA. I have heard from almost all of our Hamden North Haven Swim YMCA Swim Team, but still need to hear from a few more families prior to submitting meet entries. So, swimming warm ups at 1:15pm with a potential start for the meet at 1:45pm (give or take). We will be swimming an 82 event meet (just as an FYI).
Aside from that, I will be posting yesterday’s swim workout for the Seniors on this blog later today. If anyone needs anything, or you would like to see the practice please e-mail me for the password. Happy swimming!
