With over 50 years of combined competitive swimming experience, our coaching staff has created a training schedule that incorporates our unique swimmer development model. Not only will our swimmers have the age appropriate time in the water, but they will also participate in dry-land activities that promote flexibility, general body strength, core strength, and adaptive movements to improve on their overall healthy and swimming ability.
