Just wanted to send out a quick reminder that registration for short course season starts this upcoming Sunday (August 1st). The practices are starting to gear towards the swim meets (which our first is next Friday), and that means that we are working more torwards technique, timing, racing technique, and overall muscle endurance (and tolerance).
